This Homemade post is about smoothies. I love smoothies and especially after workouts I love to drink them. I have the feeling that they give me power and vitamins that my body needs after my gym sessions. But also for breakfast it is a healthy alternative to a Müsli or Porridge. What I like is that you can save some carbs. The smoothie only consists of yoghurt, Ice cubes and fruits.
That’s very easy. Put everything in the blender except the coconut flakes, and start blending until the smoothie is smooth and has no more chunks. Then fill it into a glass and drizzle the coconut flakes on top. I garnished my smoothie with a lily flower.
