Cocktails with an Asian Twist at Hutong

IMG_5735It is Cocktail o’clock! Every time when I am in the mood for Cocktails I go to Hutong. They have lovely cocktails and the view is just amazing. Sometimes it doesn’t have to be hard alcohol – in my experience you can get even yummier cocktails without alcohol. This is the Hutong Virgin Mojito which consists of Apple Juice, Mint Leaves, Lime Juice, Elderflower Cordial, Ginger Juice and Soda Water. Hmmmm this Mocktail is heaven to me – its fruity, spicy, sweet and herby – so many different flavours and aromas that go perfectly well together. In fact I would love to have one in my hand right now. Cocktails are great when you know how to make them, especially if you run a bar. If you are interested in starting your own cocktail bar, or just want to give it a try at home or for a party. you might be interested in these Custom Logo Cocktail Napkins to give your cocktails your own personal flair.

Why not try it at home? Its so easy and simple but utterly delicious. There are loads of recipes available online for example variations of the moscow mule cocktail, but Cocktails are not complete without some nibbles. We ordered some Spring rolls and some dumplings to finish off the Asian Experience. Hutong is a great place for cocktails and with its location on the 33rd level of the Shard – the views are breath taking.
