Autumn in the city

DSC_0533Slowly but steadily autumn is on its way to London. All the leafs are turning yellow as well as red and the chestnut trees have dropped their first ripe chestnuts. The other day I collected a little bag full of chestnuts at Hyde Park – the edible ones (HMMMM Yummy). I really enjoy harvesting all sorts of veggies and fruits whenever I get the chance.

Yesterday I went to the V&A for seeing “The Tower of Babel” which I will show you soon. It is a really cool Art piece but now back to this Outfit Post. When I spotted this beautiful scenery at the V&A I just had to shoot my first fall look here. These hydrangeas in the background were not colorful anymore but still pretty – imagine them a few weeks back when they were bright blue and purple. Now the color has fainted but not their beauty. I hope you like this autumn look – I just love beanies and big sunnies. Ripped denim, a cozy scarf, a black sweater and fur gilet complete the look. The summery light Kitty Flats with pink details brighten up the dark outfit. I just cannot say good bye to loafers and summer flats yet. But soon they will disappear and the boots will say hi.
